PRC Initial Registration
Youtube

Before everything else, we would like first to congratulate you on passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers or any Board Exam you’ve taken. You made it! And because of that, you will now have a PRC License as a Professional Teacher. That license that you earned from your endeavors will become one of your most significant achievements in life. Your PRC License/PRC ID will be on your hand anytime soon as long as you completed the next process, which is the PRC Initial Registration.

Requirements for New Board Exam Passers

The requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:

  1. Notice of Admission (for identification only)
  2. Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (Generated in LERIS. Read the tutorial below to know how)
  3. Two pieces of passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag);
  4. Two sets of documentary stamps
  5. 1 piece short brown envelope.

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has implemented the use of LERIS or the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System. It is a Registration System in the form of a website for basic professional services like Exam Application, Initial Registration, and PRC License Renewal.

How to register online to claim PRC License?

Every board passer is also required to use the LERIS for PRC Initial Registration (Online). You must complete first this process to generate the oath form. That form is also one of the requirements that you need to submit to their office.

  • Hi. My husband passed the Board for Teachers in 2007, and he hasn’t gotten his license because he worked abroad sinc e and is still working abroad, he is now in the process of migrating to Australia and needs to get his teaching license for migration purposes, is there a way to get hos license even if he is abroad, like taking the oath via Zoom? Here in Australia, during the pandemic, citizenship oathtaking was done via Zoom. I hope you can give some info about how we can get his license if he is abroad , also he has already done the initial registration on LERIS. Thank you.

  • Hello! I have question about the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) .

    I have tried to ‘initially’ registered a little while ago and it says record mismatched?! Is there a designated time for us to register online?

    I have read in PRC’s official FB page that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be from December 16 to 20, 2019 and January 6 to 22, 2020.

    Is this the reason why I can’t register earlier? Do I have to register on the specified date? Please enlighten me . <3

    Also, where and when can we get the LET ID and oath taking ticket?

    Thank you and more power. Anticipating for your kind response!
