Like the K-12 Curriculum Guides (CG), and K-12 Teacher’s Guides, the K-12 Learner’s Material (LM) is also one of the essential tools for teachers in teaching. The purpose of this DepEd K-12 Learner’s Material (LM) is to help teachers in preparing a unit of work that integrates the basic skills of learners. Learner’s Materials also helps the teachers to think about the essential goals of the curriculum, as well as the opportunities that children need to achieve. It also allows teachers to expand their range of teaching techniques.
The K- 12 Learner’s Materials / Learning Materials (LM) are the resources used to deliver instruction that can support student learning and increase student success. These resources are important because they increase the possibility of student achievement by reinforcing their knowledge.
