Isang guro sa senior high ang nalunod matapos na subukang iligtas ang kasama niyang guro na inaanod sa Bato Spillway nito lang Agosto 23, 2022.
Isang pampublikong guro na mula sa bayan ng Libmanan, Camarines Sur na kasalukuyang nakadestino sa San Roque High School, Brgy. San Roque Bato, Camarines Sur ang nalunod matapos iligtas ang kapwa niya guro habang sinusubukang tumawid sa spillway.
Ayon sa report, sakay ng biseklita ang biktima at kanyang co-teacher subalit pagdating nila sa sillway ng naturang baranggay ay naanod sila sa agos ng tubig.
Sinubukang iligtas ng biktima na kinilalang si Romeo Sison Jr. ang kanyang kasama na kinilala din na si Gemmo Intia y Almazan parehong guro ng San Roque High School alas 5:45 nitong Agosto 23, 2022.
Subalit dahil sa lakas ng agos ay natangay ang biktima at tuluyang nawala samantalang nakaligtas naman ang kanyang kasama.
Dalawang oras ang nakalipas nang matagpuan ito ng mga awtoridad na wala ng buhay.
Sinasabing nagtatrabaho sila kahit walang pasok ang mga bata, dahil hindi saklaw ang mga guro sa inanunsyong class suspension sa lalawigan.
